6 signs you may have chocolate head

Do you wake feeling groggy?
Do you feel  in a low mood?
Do you feel tearful?
Do you feel agitated?
Do you have brain fog?
Are you Low in energy?

Any of these sound familiar?

For me I’m not a big sugar eater, mostly because I absolutely know my body does not handle it.

But you know those times when you have a celebration and all the so called goodies are laid out on the table, bowls of lollies, then after dinner comes dessert and what more a celebration cake, our delightful minds say we better have a bit of everything, never mind that the body is cringing in the corner screaming NO!

Then sure enough the next day you feel all of the above symptoms only to feel a craving for more sugar, so what do we do while already feeling foggy, low and tired, crack into the chocolates left over from the party the night before or maybe another slice of cake or two, we think "I better finish it off so the temptations are no longer there", that tasted pretty good until it hits every cell in the body and away we go again the above symptoms are doubled.

Oh my goodness we as human beings when do we learn?

Although I have written this in a semi comical way in reality it’s not fun at all.

Honestly if you suffer from depression, stress anxiety, I encourage  you to  look at your diet, Are you creating your own chocolate/sugar head?  Then blaming the world for being unfair. ( Yep I've done it )

Take responsibility, listen to your body, we are what we eat.

Your new affirmations could be:

“I nurture my body with healthy nourishing foods”
“I love myself and deserve nourishing healthy foods”
“I feel healthy and energised now that I eat foods that nourish me”
